Real Estate Finance Associate

Office Locations: Phoenix

Quarles is seeking a real estate finance associate to join our Real Estate group in the Phoenix office. Quarles has built a strong, Chambers-ranked real estate practice group in Phoenix of more than 30 attorneys and professionals who are part of a larger integrated national group of attorneys and professionals across the country. We represent institutional lenders and investors, sophisticated REITs, private equity investors of all stripes, developers across asset classes, start-ups, health systems, renewable energy companies, franchise companies, and more.

The ideal candidate should have at least three years of experience in working on sophisticated real estate and/or commercial lending transactions (both lender-side and borrower-side experience preferred). Responsibilities include drafting and negotiating loan documents; handling due diligence (title, survey, and related real estate materials); and assisting with development, acquisition, disposition, leasing, and workout matters, as well as closing real estate finance transactions. Our team, both locally and nationally, is exceptionally collaborative, and we place a high premium on training and professional development.
