Hiring on behalf of our client: Decimal Solution is seeking two polished, professional, and customer-focused Front Desk Officers to join a reputable real estate firm. If you have a welcoming smile and the organizational skills to match, this role is for you.

About the Role:

We are looking for two dedicated Front Desk Officers to serve as the face of the company. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, responsible for creating a positive and lasting first impression. Your focus will be on managing front desk operations, handling inquiries professionally, and supporting client relations to ensure a seamless experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • First Point of Contact: Greet and welcome clients and visitors warmly as they arrive at the office.
  • Client Handling: Manage walk-in inquiries and direct them to the appropriate departments or consultants.
  • Call & Query Management: Answer and route phone calls professionally; address basic client queries and take detailed messages.
  • Administrative Support: Maintain the reception area, manage appointment scheduling, and handle incoming/outgoing correspondence.
  • Coordination: Liaise with internal teams to ensure client appointments and meetings are well-organized.
  • Data Entry: Update basic client records and maintain visitor logs with accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Front Desk Officer, Receptionist, or in a similar customer-facing role (Real Estate sector experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Presentable, professional demeanor with a polite and welcoming attitude.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and handling basic office equipment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
  • Female candidates from Islamabad/Rawalpindi only.
