Providential Property Management is looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about design, detail-oriented, and able to deliver visually compelling materials that reflect our brand and engage our audience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Graphic Design & Video Editing
• Create high-quality visual content for social media, property listings, ads, and marketing materials
• Design property brochures, stories, reels, banners, and infographics
• Edit promotional and walkthrough videos for projects and listings
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual materials
• Social Media Management
• Manage and grow presence on platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Plan and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite or similar
• Develop creative concepts for real estate campaigns, property launches, and lead generation
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and monitor performance metrics

Digital Marketing & Ads

• Assist in creating and launching ad campaigns on social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Etc), Google ads.
• Support in preparing ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting
• Work with the marketing team to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions
• Stay updated on trends in digital advertising, real estate content, and platform algorithms

Requirements:

• Proven experience in graphic design and video editing (portfolio required)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management and digital content creation
• Knowledge of social media Ads (boosting posts, running campaigns)
• Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.) or Canva
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple projects
• Good command of English (Arabic is an advantage)
• Must be based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi
• Real estate experience is a plus
