Our expanding Real Estate Company are looking for Highly Driven Phone Sales Representatives to book face to face appointments for our real estate sales team.

This is a salary + Bonuses position. You'll have the potential to earn over 100K for highly skilled individuals.

Duties

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, leveraging warm calling techniques to generate interest in real estate opportunities
• Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) to track leads, update client information, and manage follow-ups efficiently
• Negotiate terms with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company goals
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, explaining property features, and guiding clients through the sales process
• Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase lead generation and brand awareness
• Conduct telemarketing campaigns to qualify leads and set appointments for in-person or virtual meetings

Experience

• Proven experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or technology sales within a fast-paced environment
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively
• Familiarity with CRM software such as Chime / Lofty or other CRM tools used in business development and sales tracking
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
• Ability to handle outbound calling campaigns confidently and professionally
• Customer service background that emphasizes active listening and problem-solving skills
