Inside Sales to Listing Agent Path


We are looking for a licensed Inside Sales Agent who wants to learn to become a confident listing agent while earning rewarding commissions. This opportunity provides hands on coaching, proven systems, and the chance to grow alongside top producers in a high performing office where who you work with matters.


As an Inside Sales Agent, you will learn systems for lead generation, consistent follow up, and client conversion. Our coaching program is designed to teach you how to engage new clients with confidence while experienced mentors guide your development step by step.


First year earning potential when hitting goals: $140,000+


This opportunity is more than daily conversations and outreach. It is a clear path toward mastering listings, creating leverage, and building long term success in real estate. With structure, mentorship, and a supportive culture, you will learn to open escrows and build momentum quickly.

Compensation:

$80,000 - $155,000 at plan commissions

Responsibilities:
  • Produce sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to make sure all sales goals are met
  • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
  • Expand our client base by identifying business opportunities in target regions
  • Put up-to-date information on clients into the database system so agents have the most accurate and current data
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone calls, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate real estate qualified leads

Qualifications:
  • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Real estate license or pursuing required
  • A real estate license is required
