We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize our property inventory in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property sourcing, inventory management, and developer relations, ensuring that the company maintains a robust and profitable portfolio. The candidate must have a valid UAE driving license and own a car for site visits, property inspections, and meetings with developers and clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesInventory & Property Management
- Manage and maintain a comprehensive database of properties including availability, pricing, and key details.
- Track property inventory, monitor occupancy, and optimize portfolio utilization.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality and compliance with agreements.
- Identify high-potential properties and opportunities for acquisition or partnership.
Property Sourcing & Developer Collaboration
- Source new properties from developers, owners, and the market to expand the inventory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, property owners, and brokers.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with developers to secure competitive deals.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to ensure property listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all properties in the inventory system.
- Generate reports on inventory status, availability, turnover, and market trends.
- Provide management with insights for strategic decision-making regarding property acquisition and sales.
Compliance & Operations
- Ensure compliance with UAE property laws, developer agreements, and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth property handovers, documentation, and contracts.
- Manage and track property-related payments, commissions, and agreements.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in property inventory management, real estate sourcing, or portfolio management.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
- Knowledge of Dubai real estate market, developers, and property regulations.
- Valid UAE driving license and own car is mandatory.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
