Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated Sales Representative to help manage and convert our inbound lead pipeline. We generate a consistent, high volume of leads daily through SMS campaigns and paid advertising, so this role is less about prospecting and more about engaging, qualifying, and closing. The right candidate will be someone who responds quickly, communicates with warmth and professionalism, and has a natural instinct for prioritizing the right conversations at the right time.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inbound leads generated through SMS and paid ad campaigns in a timely manner
• Comp land parcels and assist in preparing competitive offers
• Conduct consistent and professional follow-up with leads via phone and text
• Assess lead quality and prioritize outreach based on deal readiness
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM
• Represent Better Future Property professionally in all seller and buyer communications

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Highly organized with the ability to manage a large volume of active leads simultaneously
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and follow-through
• Ability to read conversations and adjust approach based on lead quality and timing
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Experience in real estate, land investing, or sales is preferred and will be given strong consideration, though not required

Compensation

• Hourly base pay plus commission
• Earning potential increases directly with performance

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
