As we continue to expand our footprint in the booming Abu Dhabi real estate market, we are looking for highly driven, entrepreneurial, and ambitious Real Estate Investment Advisors to join our elite sales team.

The Real Estate Investment Advisor is a pivotal role designed for proactive sales professionals who excel in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. In this 100% commission-based role, your earning potential is completely uncapped. You will act as a trusted advisor to high-net-worth individuals and investors, guiding them through the acquisition of premium real estate assets in Abu Dhabi and across the UAE.
Business Development: Actively prospect and generate new leads through networking, cold calling, and leveraging personal networks to build a robust client portfolio.
Client Advisory: Consult with clients to understand their investment goals, risk appetite, and preferences, providing tailored property recommendations (off-plan and ready properties).
Market Expertise: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market, including developer launches (Aldar, Bloom, Reportage, etc.), market trends, pricing, and regulatory changes.
Property Viewings & Presentations: Conduct professional property viewings, site visits, and compelling investment presentations to prospective buyers.
Negotiation & Closing: Expertly negotiate price, terms, and conditions between buyers and sellers/developers to close high-value transactions effectively.
CRM Management: Diligently maintain client records, lead status, and interaction history within the company’s CRM system.
Relationship Management: Cultivate long-term relationships with clients, investors, and key stakeholders to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of proven sales experience. Prior experience in UAE Real Estate (specifically the Abu Dhabi market) is highly preferred.
Sales Acumen: Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Entrepreneurial Mindset: Highly motivated, self-starter, and resilient. Comfortable and driven by a 100% commission-based compensation structure.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English. Proficiency in Arabic, Russian, French, or Mandarin is a significant advantage.
Licenses: A valid UAE driving license and personal vehicle are strictly required.
Professionalism: Impeccable personal presentation, negotiation skills, and a customer-centric approach.
