Real Estate Investment Manager

A leading GCC real estate developer is seeking an experienced professional to join its Investments & Asset Management team. This role is central to the firm’s growth strategy, focusing on originating and executing high-value real estate investments while driving asset performance across a diverse portfolio.

• 8–10+ years of relevant experience in real estate investments, acquisitions, and/or asset management , preferably within GCC markets.
• Proven record of successfully leading and closing transactions (acquisitions, joint ventures, developments, or dispositions).
• Asset Management - strategic planning, execution, and portfolio management
• Advanced financial modeling and valuation expertise specific to real estate assets.
• Strong experience presenting to and working with investment committees or boards.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with strong relationships across the investment ecosystem.
• Bilingual (Arabic & English) with excellent communication and presentation capabilities.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
