Real Estate Investment Manager
We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially driven Real Estate Investment Manager to identify, evaluate, and manage real estate investment opportunities. The role is responsible for supporting the full investment lifecycle, including sourcing deals, financial underwriting, due diligence, transaction execution, asset management, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and evaluate new real estate investment opportunities.
- Conduct market research, financial modeling, and investment analysis.
- Prepare investment memos, feasibility studies, and presentations for senior management or investment committee.
- Lead or support due diligence, transaction structuring, and closing processes.
- Monitor portfolio performance and recommend strategies to improve returns.
- Work closely with asset management, finance, legal, and development teams.
- Track market trends, rental performance, occupancy, yields, and capital values.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and valuation updates.
- Build and maintain relationships with brokers, developers, investors, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with internal investment policies and local regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, real estate, economics, business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in real estate investment, acquisitions, asset management, or property finance.
- Strong financial modeling and valuation skills.
- Experience with due diligence, deal structuring, and investment analysis.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of real estate markets, investment principles, and risk assessment.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree, CFA, or similar professional qualification.
- Experience in commercial, residential, industrial, or mixed-use real estate.
- Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions.
- Experience working with institutional investors, funds, or family offices.

Reporting Line
The Real Estate Investment Manager typically reports to the Head of Investments, Director of Real Estate, or Chief Investment Officer.
Pay: QAR29.00 - QAR121.00 per hour
