Role Summary

The selected partner(s) will collaborate with an established acquisitions team to evaluate, structure, and execute residential real estate transactions, including short-term opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

• Review residential real estate opportunities for potential participation
• Collaborate on transaction structuring and execution
• Coordinate on funding timing and deal logistics when applicable
• Participate in deal-level decision-making
• Maintain confidentiality and professional standards throughout the process
