Real Estate, Land Use and Zoning Attorney

Large NJ law firm seeks attorney with at least two years experience in Land Use, Zoning and Real Estate Law. Represent property owners, developers, contractors, businesses and individuals in a wide variety of zoning, planning and land use matters. Knowledge of New Jersey State, city and local land use and zoning rules and regulations. Obtain zoning changes, special permits, variances, and tax abatements including site plan approval, variances and redevelopment.

NJ Bar admission required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $90,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
