Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist

About the Role:

Miracle Home Real Estate L.L.C. is looking for an experienced Real Estate Lead Generation Specialist to generate, qualify, and optimize high-quality leads for Dubai real estate sales, leasing, off-plan, ready properties, commercial units, and property management services.

This role is for a performance-driven candidate who understands the Dubai property market, knows how to attract serious buyers and investors, and can turn digital campaigns into real business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan, launch, and optimize real estate lead generation campaigns.

* Generate qualified leads for off-plan, ready, commercial, leasing, and property management opportunities.

* Manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, WhatsApp, email marketing, and landing pages.

* Qualify leads based on budget, location, property type, timeline, and investment purpose.

* Improve campaign performance, lead quality, Cost Per Lead, and conversion rates.

* Coordinate with the sales team to ensure fast and professional lead follow-up.

* Maintain accurate CRM records and lead status updates.

* Prepare campaign performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

* Research Dubai market trends, buyer behavior, developer launches, and high-demand communities.

* Support the marketing team with targeting, campaign messaging, and creative direction.

Requirements:

* Minimum *2 years of proven lead generation experience in Dubai real estate*.

* Strong knowledge of Dubai developers, communities, off-plan projects, ready properties, and investor behavior.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, property portals, CRM tools, and WhatsApp marketing.

* Strong understanding of CPL, lead quality, funnel optimization, and campaign performance.

* Ability to identify serious buyers, investors, tenants, landlords, and property owners.

* Excellent communication, follow-up, and reporting skills.

* Target-driven, analytical, organized, and proactive.

* Fluent in English.

* Arabic, Russian, French, Chinese, Hindi, or Urdu is an advantage.
