Real Estate Lead Manager

2 Sixteen Ventures is a local Real Estate investment company that deals with residential and commercial investments in Connecticut

We are a high-performance real estate team on the lookout for a full-time real estate Lead Manager.

This Lead Manager position requires confidence, independent action, initiative, a sense of urgency and the ability to make decisions and take responsibility for them. This job requires self-assurance and competitive drive. There is a strong demand for high-quality, organized, and repeatable results.

Responsibilities

• Build rapport and overcome objections with distressed sellers needing to sell their house fast for cash
• Be willing and available to take 20+ hours of calls per week
• Be willing to prospect multiple leads each day
• Daily prospecting activities using various mediums as identified by the company
• Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM
• Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information

• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented
• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone

Experience level:

• 1 year+ preferred

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Pay: From E£60,000.00 per year
