Job Description

Keller Williams Qatar, powered by Eagle Wharf Realty, is looking for motivated and client-focused Leasing Agents to join our team in Doha. As a Leasing Agent, you will be the main point of contact for tenants and landlords, managing the entire leasing process from property viewings to signed agreements while providing excellent customer service and market guidance.

Responsibilities

• Represent tenants and landlords in residential leasing
• Match client requirements with suitable rental properties
• Conduct property viewings and negotiate lease terms
• Stay updated on local rental trends and regulations
• Build and maintain client and property databases
• Market available properties through digital channels and referrals
• Ensure compliance with company standards and local laws

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of real estate experience (leasing preferred)
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Qatar driver’s license (Required)
• Valid Qatar ID or ability to obtain one
• Must be based in Doha
• Immediate joiners preferred

Experience:

• Real Estate Leasing Agent: Minimum 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Qatar Driver’s License (Required)
• Qatar Real Estate Agent License (preferred)
