Key Responsibilities:
- Review, draft, and negotiate agreements related to property acquisition, joint ventures, development, leasing, and construction.
- Conduct due diligence on property titles and land acquisition documents.
- Ensure legal compliance with local, state, and central real estate laws including RERA, stamp duty, and registration.
- Coordinate with external legal counsel for litigation and regulatory matters.
- Manage legal risks associated with projects and provide solutions.
- Liaise with government authorities and regulatory bodies for approvals and legal documentation.
- Handle disputes with vendors, customers, contractors, and third parties.
- Maintain proper legal documentation and case records.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB); Master’s Degree (LLM) preferred.
- Minimum 2 years of legal experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
- Strong knowledge of real estate laws, RERA, land acquisition processes, and contract law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple legal matters and deadlines simultaneously.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with property title due diligence.
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like RERA, DCR, and municipal laws.
- Strong interpersonal and advisory skills.

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
