Job Vacancy – Real Estate Listing Agent

Location: Abu Dhabi

A real estate company in Abu Dhabi is looking for a motivated and experienced Real Estate Listing Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of the Abu Dhabi property market and proven ability to secure property listings directly from owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and secure new property listings (residential and commercial)
• Build strong relationships with property owners and investors
• Conduct property valuations and market analysis
• Negotiate listing agreements and obtain exclusive mandates
• Maintain regular communication with property owners
• Update and manage property listings in the company database

Requirements:

• Proven experience in real estate listing in Abu Dhabi
• Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi real estate market
• Ability to communicate professionally with property owners
• Strong negotiation and networking skills
• Self-motivated and target-driven
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• UAE driving license is an advantage
