Job Description:
Clemson Porter Properties is seeking an experienced and motivated Real Estate Listing Agent to join our Secondary Market team. The ideal candidate must have strong experience managing property listings and working with UAE real estate portals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and upload property listings on major UAE portals including Bayut and Property Finder
• Ensure listings are accurate, attractive, and up to date
• Coordinate with agents and property owners to collect required documents and details
• Optimize listings to generate high-quality leads
• Monitor listing performance and refresh ads regularly
• Handle client inquiries professionally and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UAE real estate
• Strong hands-on experience with Bayut and Property Finder portals
• Excellent knowledge of the Dubai secondary property market
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
