You’ll own the details, keep things moving, and help create a smooth, professional experience for both clients and agents.
Compensation:
$25 - $30 hourly
Responsibilities:
Listing Coordination

Manage listings from the signed agreement to close

Coordinate photographers, stagers, and vendors
-
Keep timelines, deadlines, and details on track
-
Ensure nothing falls through the cracks (this matters a lot here)
Client Care
-
Be a consistent, professional point of contact for sellers

Help clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the process

Assist with follow-up and post-closing touches
Team & Operations Support

Support new agent onboarding tasks

Help with team events, trainings, and logistics

Be someone the team can rely on to keep things organized and moving
Light Marketing Support

Assist with listing and open house posts as needed

Provide backup support during busy seasons or team transitions
Qualifications:
