* *Landlord Communication and Coordination:

- Communicate with landlords who have purchased properties from Ariane Real Estate to secure property management contracts or brokerage agreements.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords regarding their units.

- Provide landlords with regular updates on the status and performance of their units.

* *Leasing Administration:

- Handle administrative tasks for the leasing department, including maintaining records and ensuring accurate documentation.

- Prepare and organize lease agreements and associated paperwork.

- Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate regulations and company policies.

- Follow up internally all the processes and documentation related to the units managed by Ariane Properties.

* *Market Insights and Strategy:

- Stay informed about local real estate trends and provide insights to landlords to enhance property value and market competitiveness.

- Pursuit the landlords for potential Property Management contracts other than Ariane's

- The Listing Agent may be required to perform additional tasks related to leasing operations as directed by management. These tasks may include, but are not limited to, coordinating with tenants, assisting in marketing efforts, preparing leasing reports, conducting market research, and supporting the leasing team in achieving operational goals. Additionally, the Listing Agent will be expected to temporarily assume the responsibilities of the Leasing Agent during their absence to ensure the continuity of leasing operations and tenant satisfaction.
