We are seeking an experienced Listing Specialist who knows how to communicate value, present a property with confidence, and deliver a consistent, high-end listing experience.

This role is ideal for an agent who thrives in front of clients, loves the listing side of the business, and wants a team behind them that handles the heavy lifting — marketing, coordination, systems, and presentation quality.

Role ResponsibilitiesListing Appointments & Client Communication

  • Conduct listing presentations with confidence
  • Present pricing strategy, marketing plan, and staging recommendations
  • Communicate with sellers regularly throughout the process
  • Provide a concierge-level client experience

Prepare, Launch, and Market Listings

  • Coordinate property prep and staging
  • Oversee photography, videography, and marketing assets
  • Ensure high-level listing quality across MLS, social, and print
  • Host open houses or coordinate team coverage

Negotiation + Contract Management

  • Manage offers, counteroffers, inspection negotiations
  • Work closely with TC and sellers for smooth execution
  • Guide clients through the sale with clarity and professionalism

Lead Generation + Brand Growth

  • Attend networking events
  • Follow up on seller leads
  • Maintain CRM with accurate notes and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the team on marketing and content creation

Qualifications

  • Active Colorado real estate license
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience with proven listing performance
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Confident with pricing strategy & comps
  • Organized, reliable, and proactive
  • Comfortable with social media + digital marketing
  • Desire to work within a polished, elevated team brand
  • Weekend availability

Compensation

Commission-based role with a competitive split and a low team cap.
High-value marketing, operations, and coaching support provided to increase your listing volume and income.

Estimated income range: $90,000–$175,000+ annually (performance-based).
