Real Estate Litigator

We are looking for a Real Estate Attorney with minimum of 5 years of current litigation experience in real estate and strong knowledge of California civil procedure and courts. The attorney will be handling all aspects of civil litigation practice, including settlement negotiations, drafting of petitions, discovery and motions, along with the handling of trial preparation and trial in both first and second chair positions.

Qualifications for this position are:
1) License in good standing with the California State Bar;
2) At least 5 years’ experience in business transactional and/or civil litigation;
3) Availability to make court appearances in Los Angeles counties;
4) Strong legal research and writing skills
5) Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases and deadlines
6) Excellent organizational and communication skills

Work is full time Mon. to Fri. 9 am. To 6:00 pm
