Job Description :

Finding/searching/evaluating potential sites in Türkiye in line with the market development plan,
-
Identify potential sites, evaluate suitability, and manage the end-to-end leasing process,
-
Preparing feasibility analysis and site presentation for developed sites,
-
Lead lease negotiations with landlords and developers, optimizing lease terms, rates, and contract conditions,
-
To realise store openings with sustainable profitability within the framework of data-driven growth plan,
-
Monitor contractual deadlines and initiate renegotiations in adequate advance,
-
Build and maintain strong relationships with all partners,
-
Manage landlord inquiries, site visits, presentations, and proposal processes,
-
Prepare leasing reports, forecasts, presentations and performance analyses for senior management,
-
Preparing and concluding formalities, attending to legal signature, processing and dissemination of agreements,
-
Coordinating the construction infrastructure pre-requisites with landlords/developer and internal project team,
-
Ensuring the meticulous and seamless management of the store opening process from start to completion, and manage successful opening of the store without any issue in the following zoning & permit procedures.
