The Real Estate Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, sales performance, property management, client relations, and business development activities of the company’s real estate branch in Oman. The role requires strong leadership, market knowledge, and the ability to drive business growth while ensuring excellent customer service and compliance with local regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the overall operations of the Oman branch.
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve company targets.
- Lead, train, and motivate the real estate sales team.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, clients, investors, and business partners.
- Monitor property listings, negotiations, contracts, and closing processes.
- Ensure compliance with Oman real estate laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
- Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and performance updates for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential investment projects.
- Handle customer concerns and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with marketing and administrative teams for promotional activities and branch support.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Oman real estate industry.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in real estate management or property sales.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of Oman real estate market and regulations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
