Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate business plans in accordance with the company's overall strategic goals. Analyze business data regularly.
- Market & Competitor Analysis: Continuously monitor local real estate market dynamics, including property price fluctuation, new project launch policy, supply and demand changes, and macro real estate regulatory policies.
- Customer & Project Management
- Cross-department & External Cooperation: Maintain long-term cooperative relationships with property developers, property management companies, intermediary partners, and industry institutions.
- Report regular business progress, team performance reports, and market analysis reports to senior management in a timely manner, and assist senior leaders in making business strategic decisions.

Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Real Estate Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related majors.
- More than 5 years of working experience in the real estate industry, familiar with residential and commercial real estate sales or leasing business models.
- Master the complete real estate transaction process, local real estate policies, contract signing norms, and transaction risk control points; have a mature customer resource pool, and local industry channel resources are preferred.
- Outstanding oral and written communication skills, strong negotiation ability, pressure resistance, and execution ability; high sense of responsibility, teamwork awareness, and result-oriented working attitude.
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
