Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager – Off Plan at F&C Properties LLC, located in Dubai. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. Daily tasks include conducting market research, coordinating with property developers, presenting properties to potential clients, and handling contract negotiations.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales and management
• Proven track record in meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional experience in client relationship management and business development
• Ability to conduct market research and analyze real estate trends
• Knowledge of Dubai's real estate market is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
