Job Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Real Estate Marketing Assistant to support our marketing initiatives and enhance our property listings' visibility. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in digital marketing, content creation, and brand promotion within the real estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SEO, social media marketing, and multichannel marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and increase engagement across various platforms.

Duties

  • Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns utilizing SEO, Google AdWords, and Google Analytics to optimize online presence.
  • Manage social media accounts, including Facebook Advertising, to promote property listings and company branding.
  • Create compelling content for websites, blogs, email marketing campaigns, and print advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite and copywriting skills.
  • Maintain and update the company’s WordPress website with fresh content, property listings, and relevant information using HTML as needed.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences for effective multichannel marketing strategies.
  • Assist in advertising sales efforts by developing promotional materials and tracking campaign performance through analytics tools.
  • Coordinate with sales teams on product management initiatives and support budgeting efforts for marketing projects.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements for performance marketing initiatives.
  • Support e-commerce activities related to property listings and promotional merchandise as needed.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience or familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Advertising, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, social media marketing strategies, content marketing, and multichannel marketing approaches.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), WordPress, HTML coding basics, and email marketing platforms., Canva, Excel
  • Excellent research skills with the ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
  • Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Experience in real estate marketing or B2B marketing is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail and branding consistency. This position provides an excellent platform for individuals passionate about digital marketing within the real estate sector to grow their skills while contributing to dynamic campaigns that drive results.

Pay: $23.17 - $27.90 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 10.0 per week
