- Manage social media accounts, creating engaging content that promotes listings and brand awareness.
- Conduct research on market trends and competitor activities to inform marketing strategies.
- Utilize SEO best practices to enhance website visibility and drive traffic through WordPress.
- Collaborate on content marketing efforts, including copywriting for listings, blogs, and promotional materials.
- Support advertising sales initiatives by creating compelling ads using Adobe Creative Suite.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics to optimize future marketing efforts.
- Assist with budgeting for marketing projects and track expenses to ensure adherence to financial goals.
- Coordinate B2B marketing efforts, including outreach to potential partners and clients.
- Manage product management tasks related to real estate listings and client communications.
Experience
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong understanding of performance marketing principles.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and experience in managing online listings is preferred.
- Proficiency in HTML for basic website updates and enhancements.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and Google AdWords for targeted ad campaigns.
