Real Estate Marketing Executive

Job Summary:

The Real Estate Marketing Executive is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote residential or commercial properties. The role focuses on lead generation, brand positioning, digital marketing, and supporting the sales team to achieve targets.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and execute marketing plans for projects (townhouses, condos, etc.)
  • Identify target audiences and create positioning strategies
  • Coordinate launch campaigns for new developments

2. Digital Marketing

  • Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Run paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Oversee website content, SEO, and landing pages

3. Lead Generation & Campaign Management

  • Generate qualified leads through online and offline channels
  • Track campaign performance and optimize ROI
  • Manage CRM systems and lead databases

4. Branding & Content Creation

  • Develop brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and agencies
  • Maintain brand consistency across all platforms

5. Event & Sales Support

  • Organize open houses, property launches, and exhibitions
  • Support sales team with marketing materials and presentations
  • Coordinate signage, hoardings, and site branding

6. Market Research

  • Analyze competitors and market trends
  • Provide insights on pricing, demand, and customer preferences

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Experience in real estate marketing (2–5 years preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Creative thinking and branding sense
  • Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
