We are expanding rapidly and are now hiring a top-tier Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to fuel our next stage of growth.

Role Purpose

We’re not looking for “just a marketer.”

We need a real estate lead generation machine who knows how to create high-quality, high-intent leads fast — without wasting budget.

Your goal:

Generate a consistent flow of qualified (HOT) leads through professional marketing systems, optimized campaigns, and strict performance tracking.

Key Responsibilities

You will oversee and execute the full real estate marketing ecosystem, including:

Performance Marketing & Lead Gen

Run and optimize paid ads on Meta, Google, TikTok

Build high-performance lead generation funnels

Execute retargeting & remarketing campaigns

Daily campaign optimization to lower CPL and increase

Content & Creative

Manage social media content calendars

Create marketing content (Canva, AI tools, short video scripts)

Ensure branding is consistent across all platforms

Coordinate with videographers/editors when needed

CRM & Marketing Automation

Set up and optimize CRM pipelines (HubSpot/Zoho or similar)

Build and automate follow-up sequences

Improve lead routing and speed-to-lead systems

Landing Pages & Email Marketing

Create & manage landing pages

Build conversion-focused email newsletters and follow-up flows

Reporting & Growth

Weekly reporting on KPIs, CPL, ROI, and strategy

Manage freelancers/agencies and ensure cost efficiency

Handle listings, brochures, and real estate marketing assets

Required Experience

At least 1 year in marketing

Must have real estate experience (Dubai preferred) or high-ticket service industries

Proven history of generating leads — NOT just posting content

Must master:

Meta Ads Manager

Google Ads

TikTok Ads

CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, or similar)

Canva / CapCut

Landing page builders (ClickFunnels, WordPress, or similar)

Analytics & tracking tools (UTM, GA4, pixels, events)

Required Technical Skills

Campaign optimization & budget control

Conversion tracking, pixel setup & UTM tracking

Retargeting/remarketing setup

Funnel building & automation

A/B testing for creatives and landing pages

Strong content creation workflow

Ability to work with AI tools to enhance productivity

Strong understanding of CPL, ROI, and performance metrics

Required Soft Skills

Fast execution — no delays

Highly organized & detail-oriented

Strong communication & excellent English

Problem-solving mentality

Data-driven decision-making

Creative mindset for ads and content

Ability to work independently with full ownership

KPIs (Performance Targets)

(These can be refined later, but included to filter weak candidates)

80–150 qualified leads per month

Conversion rate: 3–7% booking rate

Timeline: Must start delivering leads within 7–10 days

Salary + performance-based bonuses (decided in interview)
