Real Estate Marketing Manager

Experience Requirements:

• Real Estate Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies for residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Campaign Management: Manage both traditional and digital marketing campaigns to maximize outreach and engagement.

• Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Study the market, analyze competitors, and identify investment opportunities.

• Marketing Presentations & Proposals: Prepare marketing materials, sales proposals, and presentations for investors and clients.

• Team Leadership & Sales Targets: Lead and supervise the marketing team to achieve sales and marketing goals.

• Client Communication Management: Manage client communication channels, both direct and digital, ensuring high-quality engagement.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in real estate marketing.
