Project Manager – Advertising & Marketing

Main Responsibilities:

• Manage and implement advertising projects from start to finish within the set time and budget.
• Coordinate between the client, design team, production department, and installation team.
• Prepare timelines and follow up on project progress.
• Review designs and outputs to ensure compliance with client requirements and quality standards.
• Solve problems and obstacles that may arise during project execution.
• Prepare regular progress reports for senior management and clients.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality procedures during on-site execution.

Required Skills:

• Experience in advertising, marketing, or project management.
• Strong communication skills to deal with clients and internal teams.
• Good knowledge of advertising materials and techniques (signboards, digital printing, LED lighting, etc.).
• Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
• Proficiency in project management software such as MS Project or Trello (preferred).
