real estate marketing, and brand development, and possess exceptional project

management skills to execute innovative marketing strategies that boost visibility

and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for property

launches, promotions, and events.

• Manage digital marketing strategies including SEO, PPC, email campaigns,

and social media efforts.

• Create engaging content for marketing collateral, websites, and social

media platforms.

• Coordinate with external vendors and agencies for multimedia projects and

promotional materials.

• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and target

customer preferences.

• Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales

targets.

• Manage marketing budgets and report on the effectiveness of marketing

campaigns and overall performance.
