Real Estate Marketing & Website Consultant (Project-Based)

Description:
Colonial Properties, Inc. (Orange, CT) is looking for a consultant to upgrade our online presence and lead generation. This is a project-based role with ongoing support after launch (not a full-time position and no set weekly hours).

Scope (deliverables):

• Website rebuild or major refresh (modern design, clear service pages, strong calls-to-action, mobile-first, fast load)
• SEO + local SEO (on-page SEO, content structure, tracking)
• Google Business Profile improvements (optimization, posts/photos, review system, local visibility)
• Lead generation setup (conversion-focused landing pages, contact forms, call tracking, optional paid search/retargeting if recommended)

What success looks like:

• Improved search visibility locally
• More inbound calls/forms tracked from the website + GBP
• Simple reporting showing lead sources and conversions

Ideal fit:
Someone who has the knowledge and experience to handle website improvements, SEO, Google Business Profile optimization, and lead generation—and the time to follow through and deliver. We’re looking for a reliable self-starter who can manage projects independently, communicate clearly, and show progress consistently.
