Position Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a skilled and results-driven Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation expertise, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of the real estate market. You will be responsible for managing complex property transactions, ensuring favorable outcomes for clients, and supporting the company’s growth objectives.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for property sales, purchases, and rental agreements
• Advise clients on pricing strategies, market conditions, and investment opportunities
• Facilitate discussions between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to achieve mutually beneficial agreements
• Prepare, review, and finalize contracts and other legal documentation
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate laws, regulations, and market trends
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through trust and transparency
• Collaborate with colleagues to meet and exceed team and company targets

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate negotiations or a related sales role
• Strong communication, persuasion, and conflict-resolution skills
• Knowledge of Abu Dhabi’s real estate market preferred
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a car is an advantage
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Multilingual skills (English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus)
