We are seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to join our team and play a key role in closing successful property transactions across Abu Dhabi’s dynamic market.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to secure optimal outcomes
- Handle inbound and outbound client inquiries, qualifying leads and identifying client needs
- Conduct property viewings, sales presentations, and investment consultations
- Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, payment plans, and market trends
- Manage objections, structure offers, and facilitate smooth deal progression
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and partners
- Ensure accurate CRM documentation and adherence to company sales processes
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, confidence, and strong negotiation acumen
Requirements
- Experience in real estate sales or negotiation‑focused roles is preferred
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
