We are seeking a sharp, persuasive, and results‑driven Real Estate Negotiation Specialist to handle high‑value negotiations, resolve objections, and secure successful outcomes for buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead negotiations between buyers, sellers, landlords, and investors to achieve optimal outcomes
- Convert warm leads into committed clients through strategic communication and objection handling
- Conduct high‑impact consultations focused on pricing, terms, and deal structure
- Analyze offers, counteroffers, payment plans, and investment scenarios
- Collaborate with sales agents to support deal progression and accelerate closing timelines
- Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure compliance with company processes
- Provide expert guidance on market trends, pricing strategies, and negotiation tactics
- Represent Metropolitan Capital Real Estate with professionalism, confidence, and integrity
Requirements
- Proven experience in real estate negotiations, closing, or high‑ticket sales
- Strong persuasion, communication, and conflict‑resolution skills
- Ability to remain calm, strategic, and solution‑oriented under pressure
- High level of motivation, discipline, and target‑driven mindset
- Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
- Valid UAE driving license and access to a car
- Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, Spanish, etc.) are an advantage
- Knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market is preferred
