Job Summary

Metropolitan Capital Real Estate is seeking a skilled and persuasive Real Estate Negotiator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for professionals with strong interpersonal and negotiation skills who can manage complex property transactions and deliver outstanding results for clients. You will play a key role in facilitating deals, resolving challenges, and ensuring smooth communication between buyers, sellers, and developers.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales and leasing agreements to achieve optimal outcomes for clients and the company
• Act as a liaison between buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants to ensure clear and effective communication
• Provide expert advice on pricing, market conditions, and legal requirements
• Handle objections and resolve conflicts during the negotiation process
• Collaborate with agents, legal teams, and developers to finalize contracts and documentation
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Abu Dhabi real estate market and regulatory changes
• Support the sales team with strategic input and deal structuring

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in real estate negotiations or sales, preferably in the UAE
• Strong understanding of property laws, contract terms, and negotiation techniques
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to close deals and manage client expectations
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic or other languages are an advantage
• Valid UAE driving license and access to a vehicle preferred
• RERA or equivalent certification is preferred
