Role Overview

As a Real Estate Negotiator, you will play a key role in facilitating successful property transactions by guiding clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from start to finish. You will represent the company with integrity, market knowledge, and strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Negotiate property sales and purchases on behalf of clients.
• Advise clients on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities.
• Conduct property viewings, presentations, and follow‑ups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Stay updated on Abu Dhabi’s real estate market, regulations, and new developments.
• Manage a pipeline of leads and maintain accurate client records.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless transaction processes.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales and negotiation targets.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience in real estate sales or negotiation roles is preferred.
• Strong understanding of Abu Dhabi’s property market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Professional, confident, and client‑focused approach.
• Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
• Fluency in English required; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• UAE driving license preferred.
