Real Estate Off-Plan Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Off-Plan Sales Manager to lead and manage the off-plan property sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Dubai’s real estate market, particularly in off-plan sales, and possess leadership qualities to drive team performance, forge strong developer relationships, and deliver revenue growth. You will oversee the sales lifecycle, from sourcing inventory and building pipelines to closing deals and managing client relations.

Key Responsibilities:Sales Leadership & Team Management

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of off-plan sales agents.
  • Set and track sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions to maintain motivation and standards.

Developer & Inventory Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with top-tier developers.
  • Negotiate exclusive off-plan project allocations and pricing where applicable.
  • Ensure updated inventory knowledge, pricing, and project details are accessible to the sales team.

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management

  • Oversee lead generation strategies across digital platforms, referrals, and property portals.
  • Identify and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals (HNIs), investors, and international clients.
  • Ensure a seamless client journey from inquiry to property handover.

Market Intelligence & Strategy

  • Stay informed about Dubai’s off-plan property trends, regulations, and competitor activities.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for newly launched projects.
  • Analyze data and trends to optimize sales strategy and forecast performance.

Compliance & Documentation

  • Ensure all deals comply with RERA regulations and company policies.
  • Supervise the preparation of contracts, MOUs, and relevant documentation.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams when necessary.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with marketing to develop campaigns and events targeting off-plan buyers.
  • Liaise with CRM and operations to ensure post-sale service and client satisfaction.
  • Participate in international roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to drive sales.

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum Experience: 5+ years in Dubai real estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial role focusing on off-plan sales.
  • Tech Skills: Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, PropSpace), MS Office, and real estate portals (Bayut, Property Finder).
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Deep understanding of Dubai’s off-plan project landscape and investor profiles.

Work Conditions:

  • Timings: 6-day work week (as per industry norm); flexibility required during project launches/events.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Dubai Off-Plan: 2 years (Required)
  • Manageral: 2 years (Required)
  • Real Estate Industry: 3 years (Preferred)
