Real Estate Paralegal- 2+ Years Experience Required

The Sperry Law Firm, P.C. is an established South Charlotte Real Estate Law Firm. Seeking experienced NC/SC paralegal for the Ballantye Corporate Park location.

2+ Years Experience Required

The Paralegal's responsibilities will include: Preparation of NC and SC closing packages to include all aspects of real estate closings from start to finish, including, but not limited to, clearing title deficiencies, collecting invoices, preparing CDs/Settlement Statements, closing packages, obtaining funding authorization, recording documents in Simplifile, preparing final title opinions and resolution of any post closing issues.

Candidate will need to be proficient with Qualia.

Applicants should be multi-task oriented, have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Applicant must have a positive outgoing personality and be willing to work as part of a successful established team.

Ability to maintain as well as develop long term business relationship with Lenders, Brokers, Builders and Realtors.

North/South Carolina Notary will be a requirement if applicant has not already obtained

Office hours-8:30 am until 5:00 pm M-F.
