Partnership Development Manager – Greece Golden Visa Programme

Location:  Remote (Preferred locations: UK, Middle East, Turkey, China, or other high-growth markets)

Employment Type:  Full-time / Independent Contractor

Compensation:  Base retainer + uncapped performance-based commission (OTE £80,000-£150,000+)

The Role

We're seeking an experienced  Partnership Development Manager  to establish and nurture strategic relationships with professional advisors who serve high-net-worth clients. You'll be the primary liaison between Greece Golden Visa and immigration lawyers, wealth managers, tax advisors, relocation specialists, and family offices.

This is a  revenue-generating role  where your success directly translates to substantial commission earnings. Top performers in similar roles within our sector earn £100,000-£200,000+ annually through successful client introductions.

Key ResponsibilitiesPartnership Development
  • Identify and engage immigration lawyers, wealth managers, international tax advisors, relocation agents, and family offices who serve HNWIs
  • Build trusted, long-term relationships with professional advisors through consistent value delivery
  • Develop tailored partnership propositions showing how our services benefit their clients
  • Maintain regular communication through meetings, presentations, and educational updates
Market Positioning & Intelligence
  • Research the professional services landscape to identify high-value partnership opportunities
  • Understand the needs and client profiles of different professional categories
  • Position Greece Golden Visa as the preferred partner for EU residency solutions
  • Monitor competitor offerings and market developments
Education & Enablement
  • Educate partners on Greek Golden Visa programme details, benefits, and recent updates
  • Provide marketing materials, case studies, and presentation tools
  • Organize webinars, presentations, and educational sessions for partner firms
  • Serve as primary support contact for all partner queries
Pipeline Management
  • Work with our sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified opportunities
