Real Estate Phone Sales Expert - Inside Sales Agent

You could become a full time Inside Sales Associate for Mark White & Associates, Realtors! You could earn upwards of $100,000 in your first year as an Inside Sales Associate and never have to leave the office for an appointment! We provide all the training and marketing you need to have a long and lucrative career in real estate.

Mark White & Associates is growing fast, and we’re seeking an expert phone salesperson, who is ready to close 3-7+ deals/month with leads we provide. You should be a self-starter, competitive in nature and comfortable speaking on the phone with several people each day to discuss their home and real estate needs. You should posses a learning-based mindset with the intention to grow. You'll be working in a team environment, setting appointments for our Outside Sales Team. We will provide you the scripts and training necessary to succeed in this role.

The job is mostly in person with hybrid opportunity- work can be completed from home. We prefer someone in office so we can work hand-in-hand with you, however for the right candidate we can be more flexible on days in office requirement.

Responsibilities

• Place phone calls to potential clients to convert into appointments set
• Systematically perform lead follow up in order to generate new business
• Answer potential client's questions about Real Estate
• Generate appointments daily
• Positively impact those around you and collaborate effectively with teammates
• Communicate respectfully and politely with potential customers at all times

Requirements

• Licensed or working toward earning real estate license (scholarships are available)
• High school diploma/GED required
• 2+ years experience in customer service and/or sales preferred
• Ability to speak well on the phone and display good communication skills
• Results-driven and motivated by a commission and bonus structure

Pay: From $30,000.00 per year

Shift:

• 8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

• Bonus pay
• Commission pay

Work Location: In person/some hybrid possible

Pay: $42,987.00 - $100,000.00 per year
