Real Estate Photo Editor (Office-Based)

We specialize in high-quality real estate photo editing, floor plans, video editing, virtual staging, and AI-powered media solutions.

Position Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Real Estate Photo Editor to join our office-based production team. The ideal candidate should have experience in real estate image editing and be capable of delivering high-quality, consistent results within tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Edit real estate photos using Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Perform HDR blending and exposure correction.
• Adjust white balance, color correction, and brightness.
• Replace skies and enhance exterior images.
• Remove unwanted objects and distractions.
• Correct vertical and horizontal lines.
• Enhance window views and maintain natural-looking colors.
• Follow client-specific editing styles and SOPs.
• Meet daily production targets and turnaround times.
• Collaborate with Team Leads and Quality Assurance staff.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate photo editing.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Understanding of HDR processing and image enhancement.
• Excellent attention to detail and consistency.
• Ability to work under deadlines and handle large workloads.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work from the office on a full-time basis.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with virtual staging and day-to-dusk conversions.
• Familiarity with real estate photography standards.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted editing tools is a plus.
