Real Estate Photo Editor (On-Site - Female Candidates Only)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented female Real Estate Photo Editor to join our on-site team in Lahore. You will be responsible for enhancing and perfecting real estate photographs to meet the high standards of our international clientele. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a strong understanding of photo editing principles, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

We are also offering a 3-month paid internship for female candidates looking to gain experience in real estate photo editing. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to learn from experienced professionals and develop your skills in a real-world setting. Outstanding interns may be considered for a full-time position upon completion of the internship.

Responsibilities (Full-Time Role):

• Professionally edit real estate photographs, including but not limited to:
• Color correction and balancing
• Brightness and contrast adjustments
• Sky replacements
• Perspective correction and straightening
• Object removal and addition
• Virtual staging (if applicable)
• Image resizing and optimization for web and print
• Ensure all edited photos adhere to client specifications and maintain a consistent style.
• Manage and organize project files effectively.
• Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of quality in all work.
• Communicate effectively with the team regarding project status and any potential issues.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest photo editing techniques and software.

Responsibilities (Internship Role):

• Assist senior editors in basic photo editing tasks.
• Learn and apply color correction, brightness adjustments, and other fundamental techniques.
• Work on assigned projects under the guidance of experienced editors.
• Develop an understanding of client specifications and quality standards.
• Organize and manage project files.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment.

Qualifications (Full-Time Role):

• Proven experience as a Photo Editor, preferably with a focus on real estate photography.
• Excellent proficiency in industry-standard photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom.
• Strong understanding of composition, lighting, color theory, and perspective.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work on-site in our Lahore office.

• Basic understanding of photo editing principles.
• Familiarity with photo editing software (Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom preferred).

• Must be a female candidate available to work on-site in our Lahore office for a 3-month period.
