Real Estate Photo Editor (On-Site) - Experienced

*Job Description:*

We're seeking an experienced and skilled Real Estate Photo Editor to join our team on-site. As a Photo Editor, you'll lead the editing and enhancement of real estate photos to make them visually appealing and market-ready.

*Responsibilities:*

- Edit and enhance real estate photos using Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

- Apply advanced color correction, exposure adjustments, and noise reduction

- Remove distractions, blemishes, and unwanted objects from photos

- Develop and maintain our company's style guide and editing standards

- Collaborate with our team of photographers, designers, and project managers

- Train and mentor junior photo editors

- Meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality edited photos

*Requirements:*

- 2+ years of experience in photo editing, preferably in real estate or a related field

- Advanced knowledge of Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop

- Excellent attention to detail and understanding of color theory and composition

- Strong leadership and mentoring skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in photography, design, or a related field preferred
