Job Summary:

We are seeking a data-driven and results-oriented Performance Real estate Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, launch, and optimize digital ad campaigns (Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn) across various client accounts. You’ll be responsible for ensuring campaign performance, managing budgets, and scaling results through smart media buying strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping), TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and funnel strategy for lead generation and eCommerce real estate clients
• Analyze campaign performance and adjust targeting, creatives, bidding strategies, and landing pages accordingly
• A/B test ad creatives, headlines, and call-to-actions to improve CTR and conversions
• Collaborate with designers and content creators to deliver high-performing ad creatives
• Generate weekly/monthly performance reports using Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tools
• Stay updated with platform trends, algorithm changes, and industry best practices
• Manage ad spend across multiple clients, ensuring maximum ROI within budget
• Set up tracking via Meta Pixel, Google Tag Manager, and custom event triggers

Requirements:

• 2–4 years of experience in managing paid ad campaigns across major platforms
• Strong portfolio with proven results (CPL, ROAS, CTR, conversions)
• Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager
• Familiar with Google Analytics, UTM tagging, and basic funnel strategy
• Strong analytical and reporting skills — Excel/Google Sheets fluency is a must
• Basic knowledge of SEO and CRO is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and client accounts simultaneously
• Clear written and verbal communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with lead generation for real estate, eCommerce, or service-based businesses
• Knowledge of Zoho CRM, or other automation tools
