Job Summary

BlueBrick Realty is seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Photographer with proven experience in real estate photography. The photographer will be responsible for capturing high-quality images of residential properties to support property listings, marketing materials, and online promotions. This is a per-unit, contract-based role ideal for professionals who can consistently deliver polished, MLS-ready images.

Responsibilities

Capture high-quality interior and exterior photographs of real estate properties

Ensure proper lighting, composition, and angles to highlight property features

Edit and post-process images to meet professional real estate standards

Deliver completed photos within agreed turnaround times

Coordinate with agents, property managers, or homeowners for scheduling access

Maintain consistency with BlueBrick Realty’s branding and quality expectations

Handle photography equipment independently and professionally on-site

Requirements

Proven experience in real estate photography (portfolio required)

Strong understanding of composition, lighting, and real estate-specific angles

Proficiency with professional camera equipment and editing software (e.g., Lightroom, Photoshop)

Ability to work independently and manage multiple shoots

Reliable transportation to property locations

Strong attention to detail and professionalism when working on occupied properties

Notes: This is a real estate photography position focused on interiors, exteriors, and building amenities (gyms, parking, common areas).

The position is assignment-based and flexible, so it can be part-time if needed.

Compensation is per unit, generally $25- $30 per unit, with no travel or fuel reimbursement.Questions to ask to applicants:1. Are you based in Los Angeles, and do you have reliable transportation to travel to different properties?
