Job Overview

HomeTourVision is an established real estate media company serving NY, NJ, CT and surrounding areas for nearly 15 years. We are currently seeking experienced real estate photographers for contract work.

This role is ideal for photographers who want consistent shooting opportunities without the responsibility of editing, scheduling, or client communication. Our team handles all post-production, scheduling, and delivery so you can focus on capturing high-quality media on-site.

Responsibilities

• Capture high-quality HDR photography and 2D floor plans (Using an app) of residential and commercial properties
• Maintain consistency in composition, exposure, and overall image quality
• Represent the company professionally when interacting with clients on-site
• Upload media promptly following at the end of the day

Optional opportunities to expand into:

• Walkthrough video
• Drone photography and video
• Floor plans and 3D tours (training available)

Qualifications

• Proven experience in real estate photography (required)
• FAA Part 107 Drone License (or willingness to obtain)
• Experience using a gimbal for video (camera or smartphone) preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable transportation
• Professional, detail-oriented, and dependable

Equipment Requirements

• DSLR or mirrorless camera capable of AEB (minimum 5 brackets)
• Ultra-wide lens (approximately 14–16mm)
• Tripod
• Gimbal (for video services)
• Drone (if licensed)
