Real Estate Photographer and Videographer

Hat Fella Productions is a fast-growing real estate media company serving Central. We specialize in high-quality real estate photography, videography, and aerial content for real estate agents, brokers, and builders. We are expanding our contractor team in Flagler, and Duval counties.

Job Summary

We are seeking dependable and experienced Real Estate Photographers who have their own equipment and can capture professional photos, videos, and drone content. This is a 1099 contractor role, paid per photoshoot, with a flexible schedule. No editing required — you shoot, and our team handles post-production.

Responsibilities

• Photograph residential and commercial real estate listings
• Capture interior/exterior video footage and walkthroughs
• Capture aerial drone photos/video
• Deliver RAW files promptly after each shoot
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients
• Follow company shot lists and maintain consistent quality
• Arrive on time and represent Hat Fella Productions with professionalism

Requirements

• Real estate photography experience OR strong portfolio
• Drone experience (FAA Part 107 preferred)

Must own:

• Mirrorless camera capable of bracketing
• Wide-angle lens
• Gimbal
• Drone
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to travel within Osceola & Polk counties
• Ability to deliver RAW files digitally the same day
